terms of service

GENERAL
- I have the right to refuse any commission or request that I can’t or don’t wish to draw.
-DOs/DONTs: I am open to draw basically anything, besides something that is extremely inappropriate. So please feel free to message me if you have any questions about any specific commission request!
- I am flexible drawing in cartoon, anime, stylized/semi realistic, and realistic art styles.PAYMENTS
- Only accept USD through PayPal or Kofi.
- I prefer payments to be sent in two halves, the first 50% sent upfront and the last 50% sent after the commission is completed. If you would rather send the full payment upfront, we can do that as well!
- The commissioned work will not start until I receive the payment (partial or full)ART PROCESS
- I will be keeping in touch with you throughout the whole process while I work on your commission. Please feel free to reach out to me as well for any updates!
- I will send progress images after the sketch phase, then another after the rough final (before I start rendering and adding details). Depending on your commission request, I may send more progress images and updates! My goal is to make sure the commission aligns exactly with what you want and that you like it!
- Many large changes/revisions being requested or anything that involves a lot of redrawing, will be charged accordingly.
- I will only move forward in the art process after you have approved the progress updates.
- I will only allow major revisions during the sketch/rough phase. Once I start rendering and adding detail, I will only allow for extra minor revisions, especially to fix any mistakes. So let’s work together to make sure any and all major revisions are made before the final rendering phase!DELIVERY
- Please give me up to 2-4 weeks to finish your commission. (If your commission will take longer, I will make sure to discuss that before I start and the payment is sent).
- If there are ANY delays, I will notify you.
- I have a trello where you can see the status of your order and the other orders I am working on.
- With certain exceptions such as special deadlines, I do all of my commissions based off of the order I received the commission (and payment). I appreciate your patience, and please reach out to me at any time for any questions, special deadlines, or updates about your order. If the special deadline is close, there may be a rush fee $15.
- I try to complete commissions as soon as I can, and I will do my best to communicate and keep you updated throughout the whole process! Please feel free to ask for updates as well!USAGE
- Please credit me as the artist when possible.
- I own the rights to use the commissioned work for any portfolio or commission example purposes. If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know!
- These commissions are for non-commercial and personal use. The only exception to this is the inclusion of the art in a character sale or trade. Please message me if you have any questions about this!
- Please message me directly if you are interested in commercial and merchandise related work.
- None of my artwork is permitted to be used in AI, NFTs, or any AI related technologies.REFUNDS
- No refunds if the commission work has been started.
- If the artwork has not been started yet, and you wish to cancel, a full refund will be provided.
